Set 1: Sounds of the Alphabet

This set of eight fully decodable supplementary readers follows Synthetic Phonics/Science of Reading. For beginner readers aged 4–7, this set introduces the alphabet code one step at a time. These books can be used to supplement any phonics scheme or for home learning.

Each book builds on the last, introducing new letter sounds and giving children practice with the ones they already know, along with a few common, high-frequency words. Because every story only uses sounds already covered, even a beginner can read an entire book from start to finish.
